If you would like to give something back to our magical country, our One More Bite day tour i is a great option. It’s a rare chance to become involved as you join the daily routine of Kenyan communities that’are stepping up and away from poverty. We provide humanitarian teams to work alongside Kenyans and, on One More Bite, we are working to overcome generational cycles of disadvantage and giving Kenyans a path to navigate their way to happier futures.
Connect – Contribute – Change
The sustainable programs you’ll see in action on One More Bite include those in a variety of communities that give you real insight into how the average Kenyan lives day to day. In some of those communities we provide fresh water and electricity as well as housing for disadvantaged families.
Other programs involve vocational retraining for parents and carers as well as supporting schools by providing educational supplies, school uniforms, nutrition programs and health, hygiene and fitness initiatives. You can be part of it for one memorable day that is likely to change your life too.
Bookings, Enquiries, Costs and Inclusions
The cost of your one-day One More Bite community safari is $265 (USD) for adults; $132.50 for 7 to 16 year-olds and children under six are free. Your fees help fund our sustainable programs for disadvantaged Kenyan communities.
Air conditioned hotel transfers are included – we’ll collect you at 9am from your Nairobi hotel and drop you back at about 5pm – as well as a light lunch, unlimited fruit, tea, coffee and water. The One Horizon team is with you throughout the day to provide insights, language interpretation and to help with your involvement in the programs. Accommodation is an optional extra. You can book here or, if you’d like more information, please visit our website or contact us.
