Itinerary
Morning: Scenic Drive & Great Rift Valley
- 08:30 AM | Departure from Nairobi
- Leave Nairobi and take the A104 highway heading northwest toward Nakuru.
- Great Rift Valley Viewpoint
- We will Stop at the popular roadside viewpoint. You will experience breath taking, panoramic views of the vast Rift Valley floor, and the volcanic Mount Longonot
Mid-Morning – Lake Naivasha & Boat Safari
- 10:15 AM Arrival at Lake Naivasha
- Arrive at our chose launch site, Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort or equivalent
- 11:00 AM | Boat Safari & Crescent Island
- We board a motorized boat for a 2-hour lake excursion to capture those magic moments of wildlife

- We get up close to large pods of wallowing hippos. The lake is a paradise for birdwatchers and particularly African fish eagles, pelicans, and kingfishers.
- Crescent Island Walk: We will also drop off at the Crescent Island Game Sanctuary. Since there are no predators, you can safely take a walking safari photographic tour next to zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, and wildebeests.
Afternoon: Lunch & Exploration
- 1:30 PM Lakeside Lunch
- Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a lakeside resort. Try fresh, locally caught tilapia or a continental buffet.
- 2:45 PM
- We return to the lake for additional photographic opportunities or alternatively for a lake side photo session where hippos come ashore
- 04:30 PM Return Journey to Nairobi
- Begin driving back to the capital.
- 06:00 PM Arrival in Nairobi
- Arrive back at your hotel or residence in Nairobi before nightfall.
